- Deliveries are despatched same day if orders are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal mail 1st class Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Working Day Courier service.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally unavoidable. Please see the Delivery Info section for all delivery options and rates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY
Should you wish to return a product please contact our Customer Services Department first via the online contact form here, explaining the reason for return, so that we can first issue a returns number and advise you accordingly. No returns can be made without the return number. We would advise you to send the item back by either recorded delivery or special delivery. Please note that unless the goods were faulty at time of delivery or the order was incorrect only then would you be eligible for a full refund otherwise we would be unable to refund the postage. Should the item be received in a damaged state or if you believe your goods have been tampered with in anyway please contact us immediately via our contact form so that we may rectify the situation ASAP.
